Coates IT is an IT Managed Service Provider in Fife, based just outside Leven. We provide both remote computer support, as well as on-site support at your business premises, or advice and computer repair from our office. The choice is entirely yours.

Desktop support

We support Windows and Mac desktop computers and laptops. We provide Office 365, Microsoft 365 (basically, Windows 10 as a subscription), VIPRE antivirus, and other useful software to allow your business to run efficiently.

Server Support

We configure, update, support and monitor both Windows and Linux servers. We have expertise in Windows 2016 Server, Windows 2012 and 2012R2, and older versions, as well as flavours such as Windows Server Essentials. Additionally, we support in-house Linux servers, and offer managed Linux servers.

How we can help

Reliable computers are upgraded and maintained regularly, which is why we recommend a monthly support contract, allowing you all the remote or on-site support you need. However, we also offer adhoc computer support across Fife.

We can help with improving speed, replacing hard drives, upgrading computer equipment, removing virus and malware infections, fixing Wifi problems, making Windows run more quickly, fixing crashes or spontaneous reboots, and sorting out Windows Update problems.
